We know planning a visit can come with lots of little questions, so we’ve put together this handy guide to make things simple. From session times and age limits to booking policies and what to bring, you’ll find all the answers right here. Our goal is to make your experience at The Mini & Me Role Play Village as easy and enjoyable as possible, so you can focus on what matters most: watching your little ones learn, laugh, and explore!

What age is the village suitable for?
Our pods are designed for children up to 7 years old. Baby Group sessions are for 0–15 months only.

Can children aged 8 and above attend?
Our village is specially designed for younger children, and for insurance purposes and because of the equipment we have installed, children over 8 won’t be able to play inside the village itself.
Your older children are welcome to come along. You can add them to your booking under the “Extra Adult” option for £2.
While they'll be unable to play in the village, they’re welcome to relax in our café area, where we have board games and colouring pages to keep them entertained during the visit.

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes! Spaces are limited, so booking online is strongly advised.

What is the capacity of the village?
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, our village has the following capacity limits:

• Maximum of 20 children (ages 0–7) in the play area
• Maximum of 20 adults in the café and supervision areas

These limits help us maintain a comfortable environment and allow our team to provide the best possible experience for all families.

Can I cancel or change my booking?
Bookings are non-refundable, but with 48 hours’ notice, we can transfer your session (maximum of two transfers).

What should we wear?
We operate a Socks ON, Shoes OFF policy. Socks can be purchased for £1 on arrival.

When are you open?
We’re open every day except Wednesday. See our session times on our booking or contact page.

Do you offer Baby Group sessions?
Yes! Baby Group runs every Monday 9:30-11. We look forward to seeing you there!

No Outside Food or Drinks Policy

To help us maintain a safe and allergy-aware environment, we kindly ask that no outside food or drinks are brought into the village. By providing all food and drink ourselves, we can ensure full knowledge of the ingredients used, making it easier to manage and reduce the risk of allergic reactions.

This also helps us keep the village as clean and hygienic as possible for all our visitors. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe.
