Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors and bookings at the Role Play Village operated by Mini & Me. By booking or attending a session, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

1.1 All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or booking system.

1.2 Entry fees are £8.95 per child and £2 per adult, unless stated otherwise.

1.3 Full payment is required at the time of booking.

1.4 Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

1.5 We reserve the right to refuse entry if you arrive late, exceed capacity, or breach these Terms & Conditions.

2. Session Times

2.1 Each session lasts 1 hour 30 minutes.

2.2 Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your session and leave promptly at the end to allow staff to reset.

2.3 Late arrivals will not receive additional session time or refunds.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 All bookings are non-refundable.

3.2 You may request to move your booking to another date/time with 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

3.3 We do not offer refunds for illness, including Covid or other contagious conditions.

3.4 If we must close due to staff illness, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a reschedule or credit note.

4. Supervision & Child Safety

4.1 Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

4.2 Our staff are not responsible for supervising your child.

4.3 Adults must remain inside the play village for the full duration of the session.

4.4 Your child must play in a safe, respectful manner to protect themselves, other children, and the equipment.

4.5 Any child displaying unsafe behaviour may be asked to stop playing or leave without refund.

5. Health, Hygiene & Illness

5.1 Please do not attend if your child is unwell, has had sickness/diarrhoea within 48 hours, or shows signs of a contagious illness.

5.2 Shoes are not permitted in the play areas; socks must be worn by children and adults.

5.3 Food and drink must only be consumed in designated areas.

5.4 We reserve the right to ask families to leave if hygiene rules are not followed.

6. Damage & Liability

6.1 Please treat all toys, equipment, and props with care.

6.2 Any intentional damage caused to equipment must be paid for by the supervising adult.

6.3 We accept no responsibility for injuries sustained due to misuse of equipment or lack of supervision.

6.4 Personal belongings remain the responsibility of visitors.

6.5 We are not liable for accidental loss, theft, or damage.

7. Photography & Social Media

7.1 You may take photos of your own children only.

7.2 Please avoid capturing other children without permission.

7.3 We occasionally take promotional photos; you will be informed in advance.

7.4 You can request exclusion from photography at any time.

8. Food & Allergens

8.1 Outside food and drink may/may not be allowed (choose your policy).

8.2 We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

8.3 You are responsible for managing your child’s allergies.

9. Behaviour & Respect

9.1 We operate a zero-tolerance policy on abusive or aggressive behaviour.

9.2 Anyone acting inappropriately towards staff or visitors will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

10. Prams, Car Seats & Carriers

10.1 Prams/pushchairs must be left in the designated buggy area.

10.2 Car seats and large bags may be stored in the waiting area at your own risk.

11. Venue Rules

11.1 No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the premises.

11.2 Emergency exits must remain clear at all times.

11.3 In the event of evacuation, please follow staff instructions immediately.

12. Special Events & Party Bookings

12.1 Separate Terms & Conditions apply for parties and private hire.

12.2 Deposits for party bookings are non-refundable.

12.3 Final numbers must be confirmed 7 days before the event.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law.

13.2 By booking, you agree to comply with all terms listed above.
